AOJ Archive is a group of forty-nine websites managed by AOJ archive wing core team. The aim of the websites is to publish events, reports, testimonies, wheel wing messages, regional message, announcement and Daniel academy 2 writeup. The website is also used for publishing teaching materials and audio file related to it.
There are twenty eight state websites, nine union territory websites, ten gift school website, one common and one national website for the above purpose. Each website will be managed by a single coordinator. Each state, UT, GS will provide a AOJ archive coordinator for this purpose.
The duty of this AOJ archive coordinator will be to
- 1.Collect information from their respective state, UT, GS
- 2.Validate the information
- 3.Publish the matter in their respective website
- 4.Maintain the website by regular updation
- 5.Circulate the link for the published article in all the relevant groups and social media.
Qualification for Archive Training
- 1.AOJ Member with TC experience
- 2.Thirst to learn
- 3.Creative
- 4.Good Computer knowledge
- 5.Must have PC will Internet connection at home
- 6.The member will be assigned by state and the respective department.
- 7. Good in typing and content creation.
The AOJ coordinates will be trained by the IT Wing regularly, they will be trained in
- 1.Web site admin dash board login
- 2.Word-press usage
- 3.Publishing the article
- 4.Circulating the article
The AOJ coordinator must be sincere in their duty, and publish articles and testimonies in regular interval, they must publish matters in a presentable way. They need to convert the matter from ppt to document form before publishing, they must master the technique of content creation. They must up-skill themselves in this field.
